 This is my story...

At 34, in the already chaotic year of 2020, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had a one-year-old daughter and a husband whose mother had passed away from breast cancer in her 30s. Feeling healthy and with no family history, I was blindsided, completely shocked. Worst-case scenarios flooded my mind, and for the first time in my type-A life, I had no idea what to do next—and I hated that. So, I found myself going from one doctor’s appointment to the next, waiting for them to tell me the next steps. But I hated that even more.

I decided it was time to get in the game. I channeled all my energy into learning how to heal and prevent cancer from coming back. I went from passively listening to a treatment plan to actively participating in creating my plan. I expanded my doctors’ linear treatment approach into a comprehensive, 360-degree wellness regimen that addressed all of my unique needs. Through this, I healed parts of myself I didn’t even know needed healing—and today, I live a healthier life than before my diagnosis.

Now, my goal is to help others facing the same scary situation transform fear into empowerment. Ready to work together?
